WASHINGTON, D. C. - Barely two years after Cincinnati Republican JD Vance was sworn in as Ohio’s junior U.S. Senator, his spokesman said Thursday that Vance would resign from the job at midnight so he can be sworn in as Donald Trump’s vice president on Jan. 20.
