Browns GM Andrew Berry dropped some shocking news in the opening remarks of his season-ending press conference Monday when he revealed that Deshaun Watson — the club’s $230 million man — suffered a setback in his recovery from ruptured Achilles surgery.

Although Deshaun Watson has left much to be desired in head coach Kevin Stefanski's offensive system, he is under contract for two more years. It would be wise to draft a quarterback and sign a veteran, but it may be hard to pass on the best player in the draft altogether.

The Browns learned about Watson’s new medical situation during player exit meetings on Sunday, and said it’s too early to know what it means going forward.
